Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of a service engagement. Digital InvestUp will not disclose client information to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services, where required by law, or with the explicit consent of the client.
