Digital InvestUp was founded by someone who lived the e-commerce journey firsthand — from launching products to leading teams to building a global agency that helps brands scale the right way.
Shoaib Ahmed did not start Digital InvestUp in a boardroom. He started it after eight years of living inside e-commerce — first as a seller navigating Amazon himself, then as Head of Team Lead at one of the region's fastest-growing e-commerce companies, managing brands, accounts and growth strategies at scale.
That experience taught him something most agencies never learn: the difference between knowing e-commerce in theory and knowing what it actually takes to survive and scale in the real marketplace. The suspensions, the tax registrations, the trademark battles, the PPC optimisations that work versus the ones that drain budgets — he had dealt with all of it personally before advising a single client.
In January 2023, Shoaib founded Digital InvestUp with a clear conviction: that growing brands globally required a partner who understood not just the marketing side, but the entire infrastructure — company formation, tax compliance, marketplace compliance, brand protection and performance marketing — all under one roof. That is still the agency we are today.
